The legal basis for processing is Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR, as we are pursuing our legitimate interests in managing customer relationships, answering inquiries, and fulfilling agreements.

Retention of personal data

If you are not or do not represent an existing customer, supplier, etc., personal data related to our communication with you will be deleted 1 year after the financial year in which your last inquiry has been handled. If you are or represent a customer, supplier, etc., personal data will generally be deleted 1 year after the end of the financial year in which the business relationship ended.

Recipients

We may disclose personal data to relevant public authorities, business partners, or processors who host, develop, and support our IT systems.

When we collect information from public sources in relation to market research projects

Purpose and categories of personal data

We process publicly available data for market research purposes. This data may include your name, age, organization, social media handles, and publicly shared messages. We may access this information through vendors specializing in collecting public social media data.

  • We use vendors such as Traackr and Pulsar to collect and analyze public social media data.

The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR, as we are pursuing legitimate interests in conducting market research.

Retention of personal data

Data will be kept only for the specific project and deleted 1 year after its completion.
