If you are or represent a customer, supplier, etc., personal data will generally be deleted 1 year after the end of the financial year in which the business relationship ended.

When we collect information from public sources in relation to market research projects

Purpose and categories of personal data

We process publicly available data for market research purposes. This data may include your name, age, organization, social media handles, and publicly shared messages. We may access this information through vendors specializing in collecting public social media data.

• We use vendors such as Traackr and Pulsar to collect and analyze public social media data.
